This website is the best source of information about the Saddle Creek Women's Golf Association. Check back frequently for the latest event schedule and news about the Club. If you are a Saddle Creek golf member but are not receiving update emails from the Ladies Club, please send an email to us right away.

The Saddle Creek Women's Golf Association plays the second Saturday of each month, January through November. Our 9-holers play each Tuesday and the 18-holers each Thursday, weather permitting. These events are a great way to get to know your Saddle Creek neighbors!

Registration

	Deadline for signup for Saturday events is Noon the Thursday prior to the event.
	Deadline for signup for Tuesday 9-holers is Noon the Sunday prior.
	Deadline for signup for Thursday 18-holers is Noon the Tuesday prior
	Effort will be made to accommodate all who wish to play. Many events involve seeding, tee time planning and pairings by the Golf Shop; late registrations significantly impact our ability to complete these steps, which are necessary to a successful event.

Cancellation

	Deadline for canceling participation in SCWGA events is Noon two days prior to the event.
	Cancellations after an event deadline may result in a cancellation fee, in an amount equal to the amount of that event's entrance fee.
	Cancellation fee will be charged to the member's Saddle Creek account.
